Slick N Co is a successful commercial plumber with excellent word of mouth referrals. However their old website was letting them down. It was slow to load, it didn’t rank on local Google searches, and it had never generated a customer lead.
Critically, the old website wasn’t promoting one of Slick N Co’s key business divisions – earth moving and excavations for commercial, civil, and residential projects.
Proactive Marketing
Harmony Digital worked with owners Mick and Jodie Coffee to identify where they wanted to be positioned in the South East Queensland market, and how they wanted to be promoted.
We then used a proactive marketing strategy to craft the messaging and deliver a customer focussed SEO website. The new site loads quickly and ranks on local Google searches.
The new Home page provides an overview of Slick N Co’s commercial and residential plumbing, gas installation and repairs. A case study section also promotes Slick N Co as a key trade on the renovation of historic Lamb House.

A Services page provides a deep dive into Slick N Co’s earthworks and excavations services. Like the Home page, this page includes customer testimonials, a contact form, and a frequently asked questions section.
Digital Marketing Tools
In all client website builds Harmony Digital sets up a range of digital marketing tools including Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track how customers find the website, how long they stay on each web page, and what calls to action they make.
To encourage more traffic to the new Slick N Co’ website we are also creating a new Google Business Profile and a Google Ads campaign.
